Instead of saying "make exercise a daily thing. like I make reading", I got very specific. I also gave myself a little slack, because I know that works well for me.<br />- situps and pushups daily <br />- stretch 2 times a week<br />- exercise 3 times a week<br />- call friends for birthdays and anniversaries<br />- drink 1 qt of water, 5 times a week<br />and so on<br /><br />Then I made a calendar to track each one. I entered in all the birthdays/anniversaries since my previous system obviously wasn't working for me. I have a weekly summary line: green means met the goal, red means didn't.<br /><br />So far it's working.WilliamBnoreply@blogger.com
